Meet Kathy

She launched her real estate career in 2014, bringing a strong foundation in bank-owned foreclosures as her office’s REO Manager. Prior to earning her real estate license, she completed an associate degree in Architectural Drafting and applied her skills while serving in the U.S. Air Force’s Civil Engineering Squadron. After completing her honorable service, she balanced raising her son with a busy professional life before ultimately finding her calling in real estate.

Today, she is a Coldwell Banker-certified STAR Trainer and a state-approved Real Estate Instructor, dedicated to educating and empowering both clients and fellow agents. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping friends and family achieve their dream of homeownership. A proud Easton resident, she stays active to keep up with her two energetic grandchildren and enjoys every moment spent with them.

  • We were looking for a realtor to sell our second home. We also were looking for someone who knows the area and knows how to list the ad with the proper wording to best describe the home. That's why we chose Mike Dragotta. We really liked that he made himself available for any questions you may have. If you're thinking about buying or selling give them a call to see how they can help you.

  • Just purchased a home with this Agency. Our Realtor was Mike Dragotta. He is, hands down, the greatest person to work with. Really knowledgeable of the area and super responsive with all our numerous questions! I am so happy with my new house! Hope I don't need to look again for a while, but if you are, do not hesitate to give this guy a call! He's the real deal!

  • I think this is my first time ever taking the time to write a review of any sort, so this truly speaks to the amazing experience we had with Jessica Distler as our agent. We were first-time homebuyers, and she made every step along the way effortlessly easy for us. She's extremely responsive and is willing to go to battle to make sure you get the home that checks all your boxes. We really took our time purchasing our first home, and she was extremely patient and always had our best interests in mind. I would trust her with any home purchase and can confidently say I will choose her to represent us in any home transaction going forward.
